Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description ポジション概要 サプライチェーンマネージャーは、外部ベンダー管理を含むサプライチェーン全般の計画・管理を担当し、海外工場からの製品輸入、倉庫での保管、顧客への納品に至るまで、エンド・ツー・エンドのSCM（サプライチェーンマネジメント）プロセスを推進します。 社内外のサプライヤー、3PL（サードパーティ・ロジスティクス）、外部ベンダーと連携し、顧客需要への対応、安定した製品供給、適正な在庫水準の維持を実現します。 また、会社目標を達成するためには、事業環境および顧客需要を的確に理解することが重要です。本ポジションは、サプライチェーン全体における継続的改善およびコスト削減を推進するため、KAIZEN活動や各種プロジェクトをリードする責任も担います。 主な職務内容 顧客要件を満たす製品供給を確実にするため、製品の発注・入荷・生産、および顧客への納品に関わる受注・出荷プロセスを監督する。また、これら一連のプロセスで使用されるERPシステムの安定運用をリードする。 社内外のサプライヤー、3PL、外部ベンダーなどのステークホルダーと連携し、サプライチェーン全体の効率性および生産性を最大化する。3PLおよび外部ベンダーとの交渉を行い、安定運用とコスト削減を実現する。 AOP（Annual Operating Plan：年間事業計画）および各ステークホルダーから得られる需要情報をもとに、需要予測・フォーキャスト計画を管理する。市場需要に対応できるよう、サプライヤーとフォーキャストを共有する。 適正在庫を維持し、不動在庫や期限切れ製品を削減・排除するため、最適な需要計画プロセスを設計・導入する。同時に、AOPで定められた在庫目標を達成するため、健全な在庫水準を管理する。 在庫、購買履歴、需要トレンドを分析し、購買および安定供給のプロセスを構築する。営業・マーケティングチームと密接に連携し、需要予測の精度を継続的に調整・向上させる。 欠品や納期遅延を防ぎ、バックオーダーを解消するためのモニタリングプロセスを構築する。バックオーダーが発生した場合には、社内外の関係者と協力し、その影響を最小限に抑える。 3PLにおける出荷・配送業務を指導・管理・監視し、納期遵守と遅延・欠品の防止を実現する。イレギュラー発生時には関連部門と連携し、影響を最小限に抑える。OTIF（On-Time In-Full：納期どおりかつ数量どおりの完全納品）の目標を達成する。 在庫コスト、3PL・外注費、オペレーションコスト、廃棄コストなどを見積もり、これらのコストを最小化するための管理を行う。また、コストを可視化するモニタリングダッシュボードおよび管理プロセスを構築する。オペレーションコストを分析し、改善機会を特定する。 3PL（Yasuda Warehouse／安田倉庫）および外部ベンダー（Yamato Systems／ヤマトシステム）の受注・生産・配送に関する活動を指導し、サプライチェーン戦略の策定・展開、効率的なサプライチェーンオペレーションの構築、および主要KPIの達成を推進する。 サプライチェーンに関連するコンプライアンス、ガバナンス、各種規制を遵守するための業務体制を構築・管理し、リスクを最小化するための改善を実施する。 サプライチェーン上の問題を事前に察知し、解決する。特に、部門横断的な取り組みをリードし、関係者を統合・調整して問題解決を推進する。 同僚およびグローバルチームと密接に連携し、会社全体の業務効率および生産性を向上させ、オペレーションを見直す。SDG Japanにおける組織横断的なPPI（Practical Process Improvement／継続的業務改善）活動をリードする。 サプライチェーンチームを監督し、メンバーに対して効果的なコーチングを行うことで、組織能力を高め、将来の人材パイプラインを強化する。 応募資格 学士号または同等の資格が必須。オペレーションマネジメント、または科学関連分野の学位が望ましい。 物流、包装、受注管理、または関連分野において、プロジェクトマネジメントもしくはサプライチェーンマネジメントの実務経験3～5年。 需要予測（フォーキャスト）の構築・管理経験。特に臨床試験関連のサプライチェーンにおける経験が望ましい。 3名以上のチームをマネジメントした経験。
