Job Description： フィールドプランニングマネージャーとしてチームを率い、経カテーテル大動脈弁治療の成長を促進するためのフィールド実行計画の立案・実施をリードする。 営業マネージャーやマーケティング部門と密接に連携し、フィールド活動における潜在的な課題を特定し、その課題を解決するためのソリューションを企画・実施する。 Key Responsibilities: 経カテーテル大動脈弁治療を促進するために、営業組織のパートナー/コンサルタントとして従事する SFE（Sales Force Effectiveness）により、ビジネスプランの実行を支援する ビジネス状況をタイムリーに把握するためのKPIを策定し、収集・分析をする KPIレポートの作成と配布、PDCAプロセスの継続的なモニタリング、および必要な対策を実施する フィールド活動を支援するコントラクトMRの計画・管理を行う。データを活用し、最適な活動エリアと注力セグメントを特定する。また、活動において、革新的なプログラムを提供し、KPIを設定・モニタリングを行う 様々なデータソースから定量・定性データ、外部・内部市場調査結果を踏まえた分析結果を活用し、最適な営業体制、人員、フィールド活動を展開するための判断材料とインサイトを提供する 各部門のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション通じて、強固な実行計画を作成する。 業務における追加リクエストに対するタイムリーな対応を行う その他、付随する業務を実行する Education and Experience: 学士号または関連分野における同等の経験 医療機器/製薬業界における3年以上の営業企画および/またはマーケティングの経験 ピープルマネージャーとして、チームをリードした経験 医療機器/製薬業界における営業職の経験があれば尚可 Additional Skills: PowerPoint等のMS Officeにおける専門知識 文章/口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力や、コンサルティング能力およびリレーションシップマネジメント能力を含む、優れた対人関係能力を有する 抽象的・概念的なデータを具体的な分析に数値化する能力 優れた問題解決能力、組織能力、分析能力、批判的思考能力 英語での読み・書き・日常会話能力（頻繁ではないが、英語による資料作成やプレゼンテーションの機会あり） 分析手法と販売戦略に関する十分な知識と理解 優れたビジネス洞察力 変化に対応する優れたリーダーシップスキル 組織階層に関わらずとプロフェッショナルに対話する能力
