Job Description: Job Objectives 本ポジションの主な任務は、日本におけるグループ2社の報酬・福利厚生（C&B）に関するすべての事項において、C&Bチームリーダーをサポートすることです。 業務範囲は幅広く、日々の基盤となるオペレーション（給与計算、年末調整、退職金計算、就業規則および各種社内規程の管理、社会保険手続き、雇用契約書の作成・管理など）から、より戦略的な人事管理まで多岐にわたります。これには、APAC地域本部（リージョンHQ）向けの英文レポート作成や報告、人事管理システムの設計・最適化、さらには大規模な人事・評価制度改定といったプロジェクト管理の主導も含まれます。また、これらC&Bのコア業務にとどまらず、ビジネスの状況や変化に応じて、人事総務部門が担うその他の臨時業務をサポートし、主体的に取り組んでいただくことも期待されています。 The primary objective of this position is to proactively support the C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Team Leader in driving and managing all C&B-related matters across two legal entities in Japan.
