【アルコンについて】 アルコンは素晴らしい視界を人々にもたらすことで人々の生活の質を高めることに情熱を持っています。世界で25,000人以上の社員が在籍し、グローバルな眼科医療の発展に向けて、革新を恐れず、迅速に行動し、前進を続けています。また、私たちは社員一人ひとりの貢献を認め、これまでにないキャリア成長の機会を提供する、インクルーシブな企業文化を育んでいます。患者様や顧客の生活に、共に大きな違いを生み出していける仲間を募集しています。 (See your impact at alcon.com.careers) 【業務内容】 クリニカルアプリケーションスペシャリスト（以下 CAS）は患者様のよりよい術後結果のため、承認されたアルコン製品の適正使用と安全性確保に関する顧客（術者やスタッフ）トレーニングを行う職務である。 承認されたアルコン白内障・屈折矯正手術装置製品（エキシマレーザー、フェムトセカンドレーザー、検査器機を含む）の使用、導入のために、術者やオペ室スタッフの技術的な臨床トレーニング、教育、臨床サポートを提供する。 承認されたアルコン医療器機の使用の問い合わせに関して、情報現場もしくは遠隔からの科学的、技術的な臨床サポートを行う。 医療現場における全ての関連器機、及びソフトウェアアップデートの導入をサポートする。 各施設訪問後 48 時間以内に、標準化されたレポーティングツー（Salesforce.com）にて CAS マネージャーに明確で正確な報告を行う。 全ての有害事象とデバイスの欠陥を特定し、会社のプロトコールに沿って安全管理部に報告する。 未承認使用に関しては問い合わせを行う。 術者からのフィードバック/情報に対して、根本原因の分析を要するケースにおいては、CAS マネージャー、安全管理部と連携しながら報告に対処する。 器機の新規納入や顧客サポート、トラブルシューティングにおいては、技術部のフィールドサービスエンジニアと適切に協力し合う。 器械の新規納入や手術の顧客サポートのために、現場の器械販売担当者やディストリクトマネージャーと適切に相談しながらスケジューリングされた臨床トレーニングを実行する。 製品の臨床評価については規定のコミュニケーションラインを通じて R&D にコンスタントなフィードバックを行う。 SOP、倫理、コンプライアンスガイドラインに従って、アルコン医療器機関連情報に対するリクエストがあった場合に対応する。 CAS マネージャーのリクエストに応じ、眼科学会、フェローシップ、会議、展示会、セミナー、ウェットラボの参加やサポートを行う。 SOP ごとの管理者によって適切と判断されたデモンストレーションのサポートを行う。 【学歴】 専門学校卒業レベル 【経験】 オペ室看護師、臨床工学技士もしくは視能訓練士として
