Hybrid Cloud Platform Sales 東海中部担当 名古屋東海中部圏のエンタープライズのお客様向けにOracle Databaseを中心としたSolution を提案する営業組織になります。この組織では最も当社のコアとなるかつ先進的なOracle Database 26aiやExadataをはじめとするODA(Oracle Database Appliance）,ランサムウェア対策のRA（Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance）等の優れたEngineered Systems を含めたオンプレミス製品全般となります。 ＞＞職務内容 上場エンタープライズクラスの交通・電力・製造・流通・サービス業等幅広い業界で東海中部地区に根差したお客様に最先端のOracle Technology Solutionを提案、拡販しお客様のデータ活用推進を支援することが役割となり、プリセールスエンジニアやコンサルタントと協業しながらビジネスを推進します。Cloud/Application SaaS系など他製品領域を担当するセールス等とも協働しOracleとしてのビジネス拡大や顧客満足度の向上を実現します。Si Partnerやチームでのミッション遂行も多いため社内外でのコミュニケーション能力が必要です。 ＞＞Roles & Responsibility お客様の経営層を含めたキーマンと関係構築をしつつ、ビジネス機会の創出を行い、技術部門などの社内の様々な関係者と協力しながらビジネスを推進します。Databaseは長年にわたりOracleの核となる技術であるため会社の顔役としての活躍が期待されます。エンタープライズ企業の土台を支える技術は元々Oracleが得意とする領域であり現在もDatabaseをはじめとして非常に多くの製品がミッションクリティカルな領域で稼働しています。 これらに合わせ最先端のTechnology Solutionを中長期計画に基づき導入、ハイブリッド活用等をチームで促進します。中でもAi活用にフォーカスしたOracleDatabase26aiはVector search、Deep Data Security機能を中心として他社が全く追随できない時代の最先端を担う強力な製品群です。東海中部エリアは日本を代表する世界的なお客様も多く非常に重要なビジネスのポテンシャルが常にあります。また、歴史が深い土地柄でもあるため商慣習やビジネスの価値観、市場の特性を理解しお客様のパートナーとして信頼されOracleのTechnologyで貢献する役割の最前線に立ちます。 ＞＞Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など エンタープライズ向けITソリューション営業経験5年程度以上
