会社概要 BoostDraftは、契約書をはじめとする法的文書の作成・レビューを効率化するプロダクトを開発・提供するリーガルテック企業です。 2021年にMITとStanford大学院の卒業生が創業し、現在6年目を迎えています。創業以来黒字経営を続けており、2025年初頭までは完全自己資金で口コミを中心に成長してきました。現在は日本の5大法律事務所すべてを含む、国内外800社以上にご利用いただいており、韓国・シンガポール・米国・英国にも展開しています。 チームの約6割はソフトウェアエンジニアで、Microsoft、IBM、Yahoo!、NTT研究所などの出身者が在籍しています。 詳細はこちら: BoostDraft Company Deck このポジションについて BoostDraftは、大手企業や法律事務所のWord環境で動作するデスクトップアプリケーションです。導入先はセキュリティ要件の厳しいエンタープライズ環境が中心となり、プロキシ、セキュリティソフト、仮想環境（RDSH等）、社内ポリシーなど、お客様ごとに異なるIT環境でソフトウェアを確実に動かすことが、事業の生命線になっています。 このポジションは、その最前線に立つお客様の一次窓口です。導入時・利用時に発生する技術的なお問い合わせを受け止め、環境情報を聞き取り、原因の切り分けを行った上で、解決までをリードしていただきます。多くの案件はマニュアルとこれまでの対応履歴をもとにご自身で完結いただき、判断が難しい案件は開発チーム・ビジネスチームに相談しながら進めていただくことを想定しています。 扱うお問い合わせの例 インストールは完了したものの、Word上でBoostDraftのタブが表示されない 社内のプロキシやセキュリティソフトの影響で、通信がうまくいかない 仮想デスクトップ環境で利用したいが、どのように導入すればよいか分からない 導入にあたり、セキュリティチェックシートへの回答がほしい 想定業務 顧客環境での導入・動作トラブルの原因切り分けと解決（インストールエラー、アドイン不具合、プロキシ・ネットワーク起因の問題など） お客様（法務部門・情報システム部門）との直接のコミュニケーション（メール中心、必要に応じてオンラインミーティングや訪問） 開発チームとの連携（ログの収集・一次分析、再現条件の整理、調査依頼、修正版の顧客展開） セキュリティチェックシートへの対応 導入に伴う技術定型業務（設定入りインストーラの作成、アカウント登録、プロダクトキー発行など） 検証手順・対処法のナレッジ化と、顧客向け・IT部門向けマニュアルの継続的な更新 判断が難しい案件・重要度の高い案件の見極めと、社内へのエスカレーション （業務に慣れてきた後）顧客からのフィードバック・バグ報告の取りまとめと開発チームへの橋渡し この仕事の面白さ 相手は日本を代表する大手企業が中心です。日本のエンタープライズITの「現場のリアル」に深く触れることができます 自分の切り分け結果がそのままインストーラの改修や機能改善につながります。サポートで終わらず、プロダクトを変えられるポジションです チームの約半分以上がエンジニア。MicrosoftたNTT等の出身者を含む開発チームと日常的に連携しながら問題を解決に導きます マニュアルを渡されて終わりではありません。自分の対応した内容がそのままチームの標準になっていきます Requirements 必須の経験・スキル 法人のお客様に対する技術的な問い合わせ対応の実務経験1年以上（テクニカルサポート、ヘルプデスク、情報システム部門、SIerの運用保守など） Windows環境におけるトラブルシューティングの実務経験と、エンタープライズIT環境（レジストリ、プロキシ・ネットワーク設定、セキュリティソフト、Active Directoryなど）のいずれかに実務で触れた経験 社内外の関係者と信頼を構築できるコミュニケーション能力
