Responsibilities
- Monitor Exotec's adherence to the agreed upon terms and conditions of any client maintenance contracts, inclusive of reporting, invoicing, security, quotations, etc.
- Act as the client's main point of contact for any maintenance contract-related issues
- Report on Maintenance contracts profitability
- Actively participate in the handover of client sites from Exotec's Deployment team to the Maintenance team
- Track and monitor necessary maintenance supplies on client sites
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of Exotec's system reliability and maintenance processes, best practices, protocol, etc.
- Mentor other members of the Maintenance team, serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to direct team members and other Exotec departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, specifically with some exposure to maintenance contracts execution and management
- Some exposure to the industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics sectors would be highly beneficial
- Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, contractors and suppliers at levels of business
- Problem solving mindset and high autonomy level
