Job Qualification:
- Delivery Orchestration & Governance: Establish and run the Agile delivery framework (sprints, standups, retro, and review sessions) to guide the team from "Use Case Input" to "Agentic System" launch.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the primary interface between the delivery POD, customer leadership, and internal GSD management, providing clear visibility into delivery progress and project health.
- Resource & Dependency Management: Identify, track, and resolve resource constraints, technical dependencies, and cross-functional roadblocks before they impact the timeline.
- Risk & Blockers Mitigation: Proactively manage project risk registers, ensuring that data availability, access controls, and infrastructure readiness blockers are escalated and resolved rapidly.
- Milestone Tracking & Reporting: Define, measure, and report on key delivery metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, milestone completion dates, resource utilization) to ensure the engagement stays on schedule and within budget.
Required languages: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English required.
