Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot, Coding Agents, and AI-native engineering practices, driving measurable improvements in development productivity and software delivery outcomes.
- Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps.
- Implement AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) operating models leveraging GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Copilot, and modern developer platforms.
- Drive adoption of agentic and spec-driven engineering workflows across the end-to-end lifecycle, from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Execute Agentic AI transformation programs, including champion networks, wave-based enablement, organizational change management, and large-scale onboarding .
- Design and enable Agentic AI solutions and workflows utilizing concepts such as multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI assistants, and workflow automation within the GitHub ecosystem.
- Lead developer enablement and capability uplift initiatives through hands-on coaching, workshops, office hours, and adoption acceleration activities.
- Integrate AI-powered automation into CI/CD and platform engineering workflows, leveraging GitHub Actions and developer platform capabilities to improve quality, velocity, and operational efficiency.
- Define business use cases, success metrics, ROI measures, and adoption KPIs to demonstrate the value of AI transformation through productivity gains, code quality improvements, engineering effectiveness, and business outcomes.
