The Associate, APAC Strategic Alliances (APAC Partnerships Associate) will play an integral role in the continued success and development of TransPerfect's partner program, PartnerLink. In this role, you will support the Manager, Global Strategic Alliances in building strategic partnerships and leading partner marketing activities to support continued business development in APAC. A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, and build relationships with clients and co-workers.
Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services and technologies
Facilitate the alliance engagement process, including weekly and monthly activities, under the guidance of your manager
In coordination with sales, support new opportunities with managed partners
Take an active role in learning about each partner’s industry, company culture, and goals
Track and report all customer and partner interactions within the company’s CRM systems
Support activities involved in building partner marketing materials
Engage with strategic partners to develop and manage a partner marketing schedule
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and your manager to execute partner marketing initiatives
Support execution around partner events including event logistics, pre/post event follow ups, lead assignments

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year college or university
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English and Japanese
Previous experience in a high tech environment with ability to communicate issues related to web technologies
Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to travel for client pitches and partner events
