Description
Based in Tokyo, this role will focus on the execution of operational tasks across the whole stack of Apple Pay and Apple Wallet services, including transit, in-store and online payments, identity programs and more.This is an opportunity to work with an amazing group of people to deliver a unique Apple device experience to millions of customers! Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in KoreanExperience in payments, fintech, or financial services operations
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar data tools
Experience supporting external partner relationships or issue resolution workflows
Curiosity and creativity in analyzing processes and identifying improvements to accommodate business needs
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant fieldFluent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
3+ years of professional experience in operations, financial services, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to task management
Proficiency in data processing and workflow automation
Solid interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance from the team
