【職務内容】
光ファイバーコーティング用UV硬化性樹脂の研究開発
・研究計画立案
・ウレタンオリゴマーの合成、設計
・サンプル作製
・物性評価
・営業同行による顧客提案
・学術情報収集
・論文投稿
・学会発表 等
[Main Responsibilities]
R&D of UV-curable resins for optical fiber coating
・Formulating research plans
・Synthesis and design of urethane oligomers
・Sample preparation
・Evaluation of physical properties
・Proposing solutions to customers (accompanying sales staff)
・Gathering academic information
・Submitting research papers
・Presenting at academic conferences, etc.
【学歴・経歴・スキル等】
（以下のいずれかの経験必須）
・化学、工学、またはその他の技術分野の修士卒以上
・UV硬化性樹脂、半導体レジスト、光学材料、コーティング材料等の関連分野での製品開発·研究開発の経験が３年以上ある方 （※ポスドクとしての研究経験でも可）
・有機材料の開発経験、有機化学合成の経験がある方
・有機化学、高分子化学、材料科学の基礎知識をお持ちの方
（歓迎）
・関連分野での博士号取得者
・合成、配合設計、サンプル作製、物性評価までの一連の経験をお持ちの方
・ラボスケール以上のポリマー合成と有機材料の配合の経験がある方
[Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)]
(Must have one of the following)
・Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, engineering, or another technical field
・At least 3 years of experience in product development or R&D within related fields such as UV-curable resins, semiconductor resists, optical materials, or coating materials (postdoctoral research experience is also acceptable)
・Experience in organic material development or organic chemical synthesis
・Fundamental knowledge of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and materials science
(Preferred)
・Ph.D. in a related field
・Experience covering the entire process from synthesis and formulation design to sample preparation and physical property evaluation
・Experience in polymer synthesis and organic material formulation at a scale of laboratory level or larger
