Who are we looking for?
The incumbent will provide technical support for plating chemicals under the circuitry solutions product lines, address customer technical matters, support product applications, and maintain application laboratory capabilities.
What will you be doing?
- Support sales representatives and customers with technical expertise
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshooting requests
- Provide technical data, demonstrations, and product evaluations
- Maintain and update product portfolios and application knowledge
- Maintain pilot line and laboratory equipment
- Build relationships with material makers, equipment venders, and customers.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- 2-10 years of relevant technical or application engineering experience in chemical materials
- Experience in PCB, package substrate, or electronic materials industry preferred
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Japanese language proficiency; business-level English preferred
