【仕事内容】:
- アプリケーションやインフラ側でインシデントが発生した際の対応をリードしていただきます
- インシデント発生時に、ステークホルダーと連携をし、状況の確認及び優先度確認、原因分析、問題整理、解決方法の模索など対応し、各担当チームに連携していただきます
【Roles in detail】:
- You will lead the team when it happens incidents on the application or infrastructure system
- When an incident occurs, you will work with stakeholders to check the situation, decide priorities, analyze issues and think of solutions, and then liaise with other teams
Requirements
【必須条件】:
- アプリの運用保守プロジェクト経験5年以上
- プロジェクトのリード経験
- インシデント対応の経験
- アプリケーション、ミドルウェア、インフラの幅広い知見
- Over 5 years of experience of application operation/ maintenance project
- Project lead experience
- Incident management experience
- Wide knowledge/experience of application, middleware, infrastructure system.
【言語】:
- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上(N1以上)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎
- Japanese - fluent/business level
- Nice to have business ENG skill
- 業界経験は必要ありません
