* Define architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year roadmaps
* Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions
* Lead solution architecture for large-scale transformation initiatives
* Assess current-state applications, integrations, and technology landscapes
* Drive architecture governance and technology decision-making
* Collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and external partners
Profile
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect
* Strong experience developing architecture strategy, blueprints, and roadmaps
* Enterprise architecture and business transformation experience
* Software development background with strong technical depth
* Ability to engage with both business and technology stakeholders
* Experience with cloud, APIs, integration, and modern enterprise platforms
* Business-level English
* Basic conversational Japanese or above
* Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
Job Offer
* Salary up to 12.5M
* Hybrid working model (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
