• 深いドメイン経験（銀行業務）
• FLEXCUBEにおける深い技術的専門知識
• 顧客とのやり取りに関する深い経験
• 大規模プロジェクトにおける銀行機能および顧客とのやり取りに関する深い理解
• 社内外の関係者と強い関係を築くことができる優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人能力
• 複雑な要件を分析し、ソリューションを特定し、技術的および非技術的な利害関係者に効果的に伝える能力
• プロジェクトマネジメントおよびチームリーダー経験
• 日本語 日本語は日本語能力試験N1レベル、英語は流暢であること。
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success in similar senior consultant roles.
• Deep domain experience (Banking)
• Deep Technical Expertise in FLEXCUBE
• Deep experience of customer interactions
• Strong understanding of banking functionalities and customer interaction in large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify solutions, and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and leading teams
• Japanese Language: Japanese Should be fluent Level JLPT N1 and English should be fluent
業務内容
• ストリーム管理： 消費者ローン会社]プロジェクトの技術的なストリームを管理/一部担当し、Oracle FLEXCUBEシステムとOCI(クラウド)環境のスムーズな統合を実現する。
• 顧客とのやり取り： 顧客（消費者ローン会社）と関わり、要件を収集し、プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通じて卓越した顧客サービスを提供する。
• 要件分析： Flexcubeアーキテクチャを深く理解し、[消費者ローン会社]のインフラチームに詳細な説明を提供します。
• Stream Management: Manage/part of the technical stream of the [consumer loan company] project, ensuring smooth integration between Oracle FLEXCUBE systems and OCI (Cloud) environment.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with [the customer, which is a consumer loan company], gather requirements, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements on the infrastructure, ensuring a deep understanding of Flexcube architecture, and provide detailed explanations to the [Consumer Loan Company]’s Infrastructure team.
