Responsibilities
【業務内容】
経理部内の売掛金チームのメンバーとして、主に以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
・納品書及び請求書の発行および管理
・売掛金管理
・手形管理
・月次、年次決算業務・内部監査および外部監査への対応・プロジェクト参加、その他経理業務全般
※担当業務は、経験およびスキルに応じて決定します。将来的に、経理の他の業務を幅広くご担当いただく可能性があります。
Job DescriptionAR accountant is solely responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable and reports to AR leader and Finance Manager.This position is to process incoming cash, monitor AR/Notes Receivable balance, and also to support other AR tasks.He/she collaborates with Sales team and Order Management team as well as other finance accountants in charge of cash flow management and customer credit management. - Billing process management; delivery note and billing invoice- AR Management including Aging report preparation and analysis- Notes/Densai Receivable Management- Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Closing Support- Internal and External audit support- As hoc AR-related projects participation
Qualifications
【必須】
・事業会社での経理、営業事務部門等で売掛金、または買掛金実務を2年以上主担当で経験された方
・ERP使用経験
・PCスキル（Excel・Word）
【尚可】
・SAP使用経験者
・日商簿記等の資格
・英語スキル（読み書き、メール）
・VBA、パワークエリー
Skills2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experienceProficiency in ERPMicrosoft Excel, Word - intermediate levelNative level Japanese
