Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications with a focus on automation testing.
• Utilize Selenium to create and execute automated test scripts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of software projects.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Proven experience in leading software development projects and teams.
• Relevant certifications in software development or testing (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Strong expertise in Selenium for automated testing.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior developers.

Languages : Fluent level Japanese N1 level preferred) and Business level English
