Given the anticipated further business expansion, we are recruiting HRBPs to strengthen our organizational structure.
You will join us as a manager (or manager candidate) and consistently lead the identification of various HR challenges within your assigned organization, from strategic solution planning to execution.
In the future, we expect you to take on the management of the entire HR organization for your assigned business unit.

Position Details

As an HRBP for the AI & Data Division, you will propose integrated solutions for all issues related to HR, organization, and culture, driving business growth from an HR perspective.
- Execution and Improvement of Strategic HR Functions:
Deeply understand the assigned department's strategies, goals, and challenges, and formulate and execute HR strategies to achieve them. Provide strategic advice and coaching to organizational management on a wide range of HR issues, including organizational design, talent allocation, performance management, and engagement improvement.


- Organizational Development/Change Management:
Understand the organizational structure, culture, and climate of the assigned department and identify challenges. Propose and implement improvements to enhance organizational health. Drive smooth transformations as needed.


- Talent Development/Capability Building:
Based on the business strategy of the assigned business unit, identify necessary skills and capabilities and formulate talent development plans. Promote the development of next-generation leaders.


- Group Collaboration and Initiative Promotion:
Collaborate with the overall Group HR strategy and lead the introduction and promotion of global HR initiatives.


- Labor Relations Management/Compliance:
Maintain a healthy work environment and manage risks, including compliance with labor laws, harassment response, and mental health care.
*Considering your experience and skills, we expect you to leverage your expertise primarily in areas such as recruitment strategy, organizational development, and talent management.
*The key themes you will be responsible for will constantly change depending on business conditions and organizational phases. Therefore, this environment allows you to deepen your knowledge in a wide range of HR areas and build a career from a multifaceted perspective.
*Depending on your experience, you may start with a subset of the above responsibilities, gradually expanding your scope of work.

AI & Data Division is a global organization with a presence in Japan, China, India, Singapore, France, and beyond. With an even split of employees between Japan and our international offices, you will be working daily in a truly diverse environment, enriched by a wide range of cultures and perspectives.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience as an HRBP.
(Extensive practical experience as a Business/Company HRBP in areas such as recruitment, organizational development, labor relations, performance appraisal, and HR planning.)
- Experience in people management (number of subordinates does not matter).
- Japanese: Business level.
- English: Business level.

Desired Qualifications:

- HR experience at a company with 500 or more employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and leadership abilities.
- Able to think and act autonomously, and adapt flexibly to change.
- Able to engage stakeholders and promote tasks collaboratively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguous situations.
