職務内容

Lead and manage technical infrastructure project from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain project plan, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to procure necessary resources and services for project implementation.
Ensure compliance with our company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirement throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and report project performance metrics to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

経験・スキル・資格・学歴（必須）

Business Level English and Japanese in written and oral communication
3+ years’ experience to lead Infrastructure project with architectural transformation as a technical lead.
Has experience to make a project plan and lunch a $100K+ size project through analyzing portfolio, tech currency and roadmap.
5+ years’ experience to manage technical projects comprising of 20+ members in micro-management.
3+ years to develop project/program budgets and responsible for performance against financial parameters and monitoring and reporting.
Communicates effectively within the engineering team and with other technical and business teams.
Has the motivation and ability to carry out complex problem-solving to resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey concepts to business and technology peers as well as senior management.
Well organized and able to work independently with minimal direction.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline and 5+ years’ work experience in IT
Must currently reside in Japan.
