This position is a system engineer who provides application development, testing, and operation services for SBO (SAP BUSINESS ONE) and external vendor application with work together with head office SBO IT team in France and external vendor, conducts business process analysis, requirement assessment, problem solving, and cost/benefit analysis of preliminary solutions to provide appropriate system solutions to each department.
---Project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with head office IT department of　overseas , HELPDESK management skills regarding daily system questions, requests, and problems of SBO and external vendor application, in daily functionality required. ---

スキル・資格
【Must to have】
● Experience using SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
● Communication skills in English (verbal and written) to be able to communicate with Corporate and APAC IT teams. (Written is mandatory, Verbal is preferred).
【Nice to have】
● 5-10 years experiences of SBO (or SAP) application support as IT engineer. *5+ years experiences of at least one of the SBO (or SAP) module support (Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Finance) are preferable.
● 5-10 years experiences of Helpdesk service for SBO (or SAP) and global / local vendor application support to all end-users.
● 5 years application development experience with any program language (VB, C, JavaScript).
● Experience working with international operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements and to be accustomed to global solution processes.
● Background in Consumer Goods, Retail or Wholesale industry
● Experience in Retail (POS) / Order / Sales / Distribution system including EDI
● SAP certified consultant qualification such as application, development, and technology consultant preferable, or SAP application development and maintenance technical skills.
● Development skills in any language such as VB, VE.NET C, C++, Python, JavaScript, SQL, C#, etc.
● Ability to translate business requirements / issues / needs into IT solutions. Excellent problem solving and management skills with strong business alignment.
● Project management and coordination skills.
● Ability to work effectively with other team members, vendors/customers and other IT staff globally.
● Technical knowledge in Windows servers, Microsoft Office, Windows 10/11, Systems Security, WAN/LAN, IP communication protocol, EDI and SBO (or SAP).

● SBO (または SAP) のヘルプデスク サービスおよびすべてのエンド ユーザーに対するグローバル/ローカル ベンダー アプリケーション サポートの 5 ～ 10 年の経験
● プログラム言語 (VB、C、JavaScript) を使用した 3 年以上のアプリケーション開発経験
● 国際的な運用チームやビジネス チームと協力して問題の影響を伝え、ビジネス要件を理解し、グローバルな解決プロセスに慣れている
● 消費財、小売または卸売業界のバックグラウンド
● 小売（POS）/受注/販売/EDIを含む物流システムの経験がある方
● アプリケーション、開発、技術コンサルタントなどの SAP 認定コンサルタント資格、または SAP アプリケーションの開発および保守の技術スキル
● VB、VE.NET C、C++、Python、JavaScript、SQL、C# などの任意の言語での開発スキル
● ビジネス要件/問題/ニーズを IT ソリューションに変換する能力ならびに優れた問題解決スキルと管理スキルを備え、ビジネスとの連携が強化できる
● プロジェクト管理および調整スキル

業務内容
Mission, Overview of Role:
This position will take responsibility for SBO and external vendor application support (system development, testing, operations services, helpdesk management, problem resolution, user account management and project management) as SBO IT representative.
Principal Responsibilities:
● Responsible for SBO and external vendor application support (system development, testing, operations services, helpdesk management, problem resolution, user account management and project management) to all end-users.
● Manage the Helpdesk services for SAB and global / local application regarding system requirements, inquiries, and problem resolution to all end-users.
● To be the key interface between Japan businesses and Corporate in France / Local IT Management. As part of the Global IT team, responsible for implementing, managing, and coordinating all SBO and global / local vendor application projects.
● Communication with head office IT and overseas vendors is required, so there is a possibility of opportunities for both overseas trip.
● In other items deemed necessary for application support activities, responsible of duties beyond the scope of primary duties when it is necessary for customer satisfaction and the normal operation of the company.

● エンドユーザーに対するシステム要件、問い合わせ、問題解決に関する SBOおよびグローバル/ローカル アプリケーションのヘルプデスク サービスの管理
● 日本のビジネス部門とフランス本社IT /ローカルIT 管理間の重要なインターフェイスとなり、グローバル IT チームの一員として、SBO およびグローバル/ローカル ベンダー アプリケーション プロジェクトの実装、管理、調整を担当する
● フランス本社IT、海外ベンダーとのコミュニケーションが必要なため、海外旅行の機会の可能性有
● その他、サポート業務に必要と認められる事項において、顧客満足および会社の正常な運営のために必要な場合には、本来の業務の範囲を超えた業務を担当する
学歴
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or technical discipline.
