What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be A customer support role within the FX/CFD industry focused on assisting, japanese-speaking clients throughout their trading journey. The position involves account support, platform guidance, back-office assistance, technical troubleshooting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience. . This is now mandatory requirement, model: Remote (Japan) Working, and schedule: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 JST In short: Customer support + FX/CFD trading platforms + Japanese-speaking clients.

Who this suits
- Based in Japan with ability to move for 3 mo period to Cyprus for the training
- Computer literate with MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous call center experience will be considered as an advantage
- University or College degree
- Native Japanese and fluent in English (B2+)
