1. Oversee overall achievement of Xiaomi Sales at specific KA Account Channel2. Responsible for overall Sell-In to KA direct channel and Sell-Out Achievement for all categories, mainly Smartphone, TV, and AIoT3. Analyze growth opportunities and perform the improvement to achieve overall sales target by assessing the aspect of retail, stock, people, and promotion4. Collaborate with related Dept. and develop positive cross collaboration to achive sales target
