Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, plugin development, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Develop and enhance custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows.
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using: REST/SOAP APIs Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Service Bus Third-party integration platforms
  • Develop custom CRM modules using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM application and integration issues.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 5–6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.
  • Strong expertise in: Plugin development using C# Custom workflows and business process implementation JavaScript customization and form scripting Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Dataverse
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems.
  • Strong development experience using: C# .NET Framework/.NET Core Web APIs SQL Server
  • Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 Security Model and Solution Management.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design workshops.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects.
