Job Title: Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise integration and hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical capabilities in designing and implementing real-time integrations and APIs, with exposure to Salesforce integrations being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain API-led connectivity architectures (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
- Develop real-time and batch integrations across various enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to define integration patterns and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration flows to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, governance, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment, and release management processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide support for production systems and perform root cause analysis for issues.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware development.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub / Runtime Fabric).
- Expertise in developing APIs using RAML / OpenAPI specifications.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, data transformation (DataWeave), and REST/SOAP services.
- Proven experience in real-time integrations and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of message queues, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk, Streaming APIs).
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of API management and security policies (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
