Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

GEヘルスケア・ジャパン株式会社は、マテリアルロジスティクススペシャリストを募集しています。この役割は、OEC製造チームで扱う資材の円滑な流れを確保し、サプライチェーンの効率性を最大化するために、資材の調達、保管、配送を調整する責任を負います。
職務内容
* 資材の在庫レベルを監視し、在庫管理システムを維持する。
* サプライヤーとの連携、発注、資材のタイムリーな配送を確保する。
* 資材の不足や余剰を特定し、解決策を提案・実行する。
* ロジスティクスプロセスを最適化し、コスト削減と効率向上に貢献する。
* 関連する部門と連携し、資材のニーズと供給の整合性を確保する。
* GEの品質基準と規制要件を遵守する。

* 大卒以上
* 資材ロジスティクスまたは在庫管理における2年以上の実務経験。
* サプライチェーンソフトウェアおよび在庫管理システムに関する知識。

Job Summary

GE Healthcare Japan is seeking a Material Logistics Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the OEC manufacturing team by coordinating procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities, contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Identify material shortages or excess inventory and propose/implement corrective actions
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between material demand and supply
  • Ensure compliance with GE quality standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in material logistics or inventory management
  • Knowledge of supply chain software and inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
  • A strong team player who aligns with GE’s culture and values
