Position: Materials & Engineering Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Author domain-authentic tasks from your materials science or engineering experience.
- Build a data room and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks.
- Run tasks against the model, analyze performance, and iterate for genuine discrimination.
- Collaborate with the project lead and domain experts to define "good" in your domain.
- Work independently and shape the evolving work structure.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Senior expertise in materials science or engineering domains.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping evolving work.
- Ability to explain both correct and incorrect answers.
