Your Role
* Installation and commissioning of the company systems used in body shops of automobile and industrial manufacturers
* Co-ordinate the Installation with the Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) Team and make sure the project is handed over with highest quality and within the quoted time.
* Communicate effectively with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solutions leading to a more optimized production and customer satisfaction.
* Interact with other functions such as the Product and Sales.
* Provide Customer Trainings, Remote support, create manuals and other documents for customized solutions.
You will need
* A Bachelor's Degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (vocational school or technological college background also acceptable)
* Business Level Japanese and at least Basic English
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and to take decisions.
* Ability to build strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues.
