Your Role
You will work from your home office and go on-site to client sites using company equipment. You must manage your own schedule and maintain contact with customers.
* Installation and commissioning of company tightening tools/controllers and automated tightening solutions for customer
* Installation of Data Driven Software Solutions and Guidance Systems and integrate it to the customer production environment
* Analyze the production Data from the customer and advise them on how to implement a more optimized production.
* Interact with other functions such as the Product and Sales.
* Provide Customer Trainings, Remote support, create manuals and other documents for customized solutions.
You will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (vocational school or technological college background also acceptable)
* Business Level Japanese and at least Basic English
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and to take decisions - manage your own schedule.
* Ability to build strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues.
