Personal Assistant to General Manager は、総支配人をサポートし、エグゼクティブオフィスの円滑な運営を担う重要なポジションです。総支配人のスケジュール管理や各種調整業務をはじめ、会議運営のサポート、議事録作成、来客対応、資料作成など幅広い業務を担当します。ホテル内外の関係者との連携を図りながら、経営層の業務効率向上とホテル運営のサポートを行います。

また、必要に応じて通訳・翻訳業務を行っていただくこともあります。

主な業務内容

総支配人のスケジュール管理および会議・アポイントメントの調整
部門長会議など主要会議への参加および議事録作成
来客・VIPゲスト対応および問い合わせ対応
出張手配、宿泊・レストラン予約のアレンジ
各種レポート、プレゼンテーション資料、ビジネス文書の作成・管理
社内外のメール・郵便物の管理および配布
日本語・英語での翻訳および通訳サポート
サービス向上のためのゲストデータ収集・分析サポート
オフィス備品の管理および発注
機密情報の適切な管理と高いコンプライアンス意識の維持
その他、総支配人およびホテル運営に関わるサポート業務全般

応募資格

社内外での日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word等）の実務スキル
秘書業務、エグゼクティブアシスタント、または関連業務経験
ホテル業界またはホスピタリティ業界での経験があれば尚可
