JASM is looking for experienced engineers to join the Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT) team. Successful candidates will work with vendors and JASM WAT equipment engineers to establish and scale production lines within Fab WAT areas. You will be responsible for new WAT tool releases, system management, and troubleshooting system-level issues.

•Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Setting up new FAB WAT areas (including new tool data matching and release, WAT server and WAT systems setup).
Managing WAT testing quality, system administration, manufacturing efficiency improvements, and systematic troubleshooting.
Planning and executing WAT-related projects.
Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional engineers and vendors.
Participate in scheduled night shifts and weekend on-call rotations in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment.
•Qualifications
A minimum of a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fields.
Familiarity with Unix/C++/VBA, device physics and tool release procedure is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong team spirit, and a proactive learning ability.
