Job Responsibilities:
- Basic configuration of Aras, system design, implementation, verification during implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Aras implementation, configuration, integration with existing IT systems such as ERP, CAD, and CAE, and data migration.
- Aras version upgrades, modifications to existing Aras features, and development of add-on features.
- Providing technical consulting services and support for technical questions regarding PLM solutions.
- Technical consultation regarding system expansion, maintenance, and operational design, and potentially acting as a technical training instructor.
- Responsibilities may be expanded according to individual skills, experience, and language abilities.
Job Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of IT systems and 5+ years of practical experience in PLM.
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Technical experience in PLM project management using Teamcenter; experience with other PLM systems is also acceptable.
- Documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a Japanese-speaking environment, including reading and writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in design and development, production, manufacturing, or consulting.
- Experience managing medium-sized (10–50 person-months) or larger projects.
- PMP certification.
- Advanced or bilingual English speakers.
- System development experience: Web-based (.js/HTML), Visual Studio/.NET VB/C#, Microsoft SQL Server.
Language & Communication Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher) and Business level English
