This position provides technical pre-sales support and works closely with the Sales team to drive customer success and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Product Readiness: Before a product is launched or offered for sale, it needs to be in a state of readiness. This includes ensuring that the product has been thoroughly developed, tested, and refined. It should meet quality standards, perform as intended, and address any known issues.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Support marketing initiatives by providing product expertise, contributing to promotional materials, and assisting with go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Collateral: Develop, maintain, and update sales materials, including presentations, product datasheets, technical documentation, solution briefs, and case studies.
  • Sales Training: The sales team needs to conduct product and solution training sessions for Sales teams and channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Customer Support: Adequate customer support resources need to be in place before the product is sold. This includes setting up systems for handling inquiries, providing technical assistance, and addressing any issues that customers might encounter.
  • Order and Delivery Processes: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing, service provisioning, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support product improvements and business development initiatives.
  • Licensing and Legal Considerations: Assist in ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory standards related to products and services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT B to B sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Internet ecosystem, CDN, Cloud Security, OTT/Media solutions, Cloud infrastructure, Managed Hosting, Edge Computing and/or Cloud Computing services.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Business-level English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
