Job Description:
This is a PdM position for a field DX service targeting the construction, manufacturing, real estate, and infrastructure industries. Based on the needs of both domestic and international users, the candidate will consistently lead product planning, requirements definition, specification development, KPI design, and continuous improvement. In a high-speed development environment utilizing AI tools, the role involves prioritization and decision-making to enhance competitiveness in the global market.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PdM experience for B2B web services or mobile applications
- Proven experience leading the process from planning to release and improvement, including KPI improvement achievements
- Experience in requirements definition and decision-making involving engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- PdM experience with SaaS products
- Experience in launching new businesses (0→1) or scaling products/services (1→10)
Languages: Japanese Conversational level (N3 or above) and English Business level
