Product Manager
We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and lead in the fast-growing tech sector. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in understanding market trends, addressing customer needs, and developing product strategies to drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and articulate market trends and customer pain points
* Develop product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing
* Conduct market research and user interviews to inform product decisions
* Prioritize development items based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
* Create and maintain Product Requirements Document (PRD)
* Analyze product metrics to measure performance and drive improvements
Required Skills:
* Experience in product management or upstream processes of business system development
* Ability to develop and execute product vision and roadmap as part of a team
* Strong analytical skills to identify issues and lead stakeholders to resolution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
* Familiarity with user support, PRD creation, and business flow mapping
Preferred Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in product management of SaaS or BtoB products
* Experience in agile development and working with cross-functional teams
* Background in engineering, design, or planning in product development
* Proficiency in data visualization and analysis using SQL or similar tools
* Business knowledge in legal or contract domains
Language:
* Japanese: Native/Business level (JLPT N1)
* English: Conversational (Desired)
