Sr Product Support Specialist/PV tech Japan/IQVIA Solutions

optimal quality and as per MS processes without any errors or duplication of efforts
• Resolves L1 / L2 tickets related to Argus config issues (System and Business), Custom E2b profiles, Configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports
• Work on quality checks for various PV tasks
• Coordinate with Japan clients in Japanese and understand the business requirements
• Owns critical issues requiring immediate assistance during Japan business hours
• Drives and manages Problem Root cause identification and resolution
• Owns technical review, impact assessment and risk assessment of all non-L1 change controls
• Responsible for envisioning and executing continuous improvement initiatives across various customer systems and technical processes (e.g. bring forth efficiency in monitoring, procedural, mandatory tasks, etc.)
• Provide reports and information to internal stakeholders and customers on technological initiatives
• Steers and drives in COE (Center of Excellence) initiatives within the H&MS organization

Qualifications
• Bilingual (Business English and Business Japanese at N2 level/Native)
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• Master's Degree Business Administration Pref
• 3-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry Req

Essentials: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences/ Drug Safety domain and products like Argus / ArisG
• Understanding of upcoming technologies in Cloud Computing, Desktop Virtualization, Server Virtualization products & IT security "
