Job Responsibilities:
- This role requires coordinating across a wide number of stakeholders across external partners and internal teams, good program management and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Analyze and shortlist FDE ERs.
- Manage bug/blocker reporting.
- Manage AI workloads.
- Support Business Reviews, including Global Reviews, and Forecast cadence.
- Facilitate analytics and reporting and collaborate with the APAC BI team.
- Coordinate across external partners and internal teams.
- Support operational requirements related to FDE staffing, workload management, reporting, and program operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong program management and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across a wide range of stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams.
- Experience with data analytics, including comfort working with Google Sheets and Looker.
- Ability to use AI to streamline their work will be an added bonus.
- Experience working with Google Cloud systems such as Vector, Workloads, and Looker will be highly beneficial.
- Experience leading or executing Sales Operations processes and complex programs in Enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior RSO or RSO-like experience at a hyperscaler or Enterprise Tech company.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud products.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud business performance systems such as BHI.
Languages Required: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English
