大型・複雑なオフィス移転・改修プロジェクト、または複数プロジェクトを統括するリードプロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロジェクト全体の成功に責任を持っていただきます。クライアントのシニアステークホルダーに対するTrusted Advisorとして、プロジェクト戦略の立案から予算策定、コスト管理、プロジェクト推進まで幅広くリードいただきます。また、業務変更や追加ニーズに対する提案活動を行いながら、Project ManagerおよびAssistant Project Managerで構成されるチームのマネジメント・育成も担っていただきます。

- 大型または複数のオフィス移転・改修プロジェクトの統合マネジメント（工程・コスト・品質・リスク管理）
- プロジェクト予算の策定支援およびコスト管理・予測業務
- 業務変更や追加要件に伴う追加サービス・追加費用の提案（Account Managerと連携）
- 調達戦略の立案、ベンダー選定および契約締結支援
- 設計会社、施工会社、コンサルタント、ベンダー、什器メーカー、移転業者の統括・管理
- 工事・施工フェーズの管理および引渡しまでのプロジェクト推進
- クライアントのシニアステークホルダーへの報告、提案および関係構築
- Project ManagerおよびAssistant Project Managerの育成・マネジメント

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex workplace, office relocation, fit-out, and construction projects. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including project planning, budget and cost management, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and project execution. As a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will also identify opportunities for additional services and lead a small team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple or complex workplace and construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Develop procurement strategies and oversee consultant, contractor, and vendor selection and engagement.
- Coordinate and manage architects, contractors, consultants, furniture vendors, and relocation providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, providing regular reporting and project updates.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across internal and external project teams.
- Manage site activities, project execution, statutory approvals, inspections, and handover processes.
- Produce project documentation, schedules, reports, and governance materials.
- Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Identify and support opportunities for project variations and additional services in partnership with account leadership.

Required
- Proven ability to manage and influence clients and senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading office relocation, renovation, or workplace transformation projects from planning through completion.
- Hands-on experience managing construction and fit-out projects, including budget and cost control.
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
Preferred
- Professional qualifications or certifications related to architecture, construction, project management, or building services.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience.
