Python Developer

• Responsible for maintaining, enhancing & supporting for various applications under Insurance/ Financial domain
  
• Discuss with Business and get the requirements
  
• Create design documents
  
• Write effective, scalable code
  
• Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
  
• Integrate user-facing elements into applications
  
• Test and debug programs
  
• Implement security and data protection solutions
  
• Assess and prioritize feature requests
  

Requirements

• Work experience as a Python Developer
  
• Should be proficient in Japanese N2 and above/ English Business Level
  
• Expertise in Python framework
  
• Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
  
• Good problem-solving skills
  
• Be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to perform well in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
