Role Description (Introduction):
このロールの候補者は、CSGのプロフェッショナルサービス部門(コンサルティング部門)のリーダーに対し、リソース管理の観点から戦略的示唆を提示し、定常的な部門運営を推進する「サービス・オペレーションチーム」のシニアアナリストです。
リソース管理(国内外のコンサルタントおよび社外パートナ)を通じてビジネスの成長に貢献します。
CSGサービス部門のリーダーにとって信頼に足るアドバイザーとして、ビジネス戦略のビジョンを共有し、顧客の成功や組織の成長に向けた革新的なアプローチを特定します。また、コンサルタントがもたらす成果について、客観的かつデータに基づいた洞察を提示することが求められます。
Your Impact (Success):
このロールの成功は、CSGサービス部門のBooking(受注額)、売上、利益率および顧客満足度等によって測られます。戦略的なアウトプットとしては、サービス部門の要員構成を踏まえた戦略的な成長プランの策定や社外パートナーとの協業計画策定、部門パフォーマンスの財務・事業両面での測定や傾向分析、示唆の提示などがあります。
業務上は、サービス部門のコンサルティング・マネージャーと営業担当者の間に立って、案件への最適な人員配置の実現やパートナー選定、海外リソースの調達などを論理的、効率的、かつ強力に推進することが求められます。
候補者は、部門内だけではなくグローバルCSG組織、財務や採用、人事、部門戦略担当者と密接に協業することが求められます。
