Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers (new logos) within the target market
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and partner channels
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, verticals, and strategic accounts
- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue using CRM tools
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, clearly articulating product value and ROI
- Work closely with customers to understand business needs and align solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for Japan and other assigned regions
