We are searching for a sales coordinator to join our team in Tokyo, Japan.
This position is responsible for providing back-office support for sales activities and supporting data-driven decision-making with the aim of improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales for the Japan domestic sales department. The role requires accurately executing sales information support operations, including daily data compilation, while also contributing to more efficient sales activities by compiling and analyzing sales data, market data, and customer trends, and visualizing them in reports.
The position also assists in extracting analyses and insights through the use of AI tools and other resources, as well as improving business processes, thereby helping create an environment in which sales representatives can focus on higher-value activities such as customer development, relationship building, and proposal activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
① Sales Operations Support (Core Duties)
Every morning: Daily sales report, Schenker pickup report, order replenishment quotation report, available-for-sale report
Weekly: Future Order status report, BW data update, weekly forecast sheet; submission deadlines to be determined in coordination with the Regional Sales Director
Monthly: Final monthly sales report, retail sales/inventory report, new product launch progress management sheet, all-dealer sales progress management sheet; submission deadlines to be determined in coordination with the Regional Sales Director
