Are you a good match?
- Do you have prior experience in procurement, sales administration, supply chain, or logistics? Experience in the luxury industry is a plus.
- Are you a good team player with excellent spoken & written communication skills?
- Are you flexible and at ease at muti-tasking, priority management, and managing urgent situations?
- Are you goal-oriented, autonomous, and able to fulfill tasks within the given deadline?
- Do you have a good command of PC skills, especially in Excel and SAP?
- Do you have business fluency level both Japanese & English?

What are we expecting from you?
L’ECOLE, School of Jewelry Arts, was established in Paris in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels. The mission of L’ECOLE is to transmit jewelry culture to the public at large through 3 main pillars: know-how, gemology and art history of jewelry. L’ECOLE organizes courses, lectures, exhibitions, offline and online events as well as other activities.
The Operations Coordinator of L’ECOLE ensures the smooth operation of the campus by preparing necessary items for courses and events, and providing support to the Operations Manager.
- You will procure items for courses and campus operations, managing vendor selection, purchase orders, and payments.
- You will coordinate and manage all campus activities (facilities, logistics, reception, security).
- You will manage course scheduling, lecturer coordination, registration, classroom setup, and inventory of course materials and books.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for all activities, including exhibitions and talk events.
