Job Title: Talent Consultant & Learning Coordinator – Europe West

Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in various GDS locations in India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila and Cebu Philippines. TS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.

Talent Consultant and Learning Support Role - This is a combined support role with an intended allocation of approximately 50% to Talent and 50% to Learning. Provide high-quality coordination and operational support across the Europe West EY-Parthenon Talent and Learning agendas. The role is equally split between supporting the EW SaT Talent Leader and EW SaT Learning Lead

This role will directly work with the EW SaT Talent team and provide full support on reporting, stakeholder management, communications, data visualization and general administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth operations support. Should have a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. Ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines. Adapt to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment.

Applications Used: SAP, SuccessFactors Report Centre, People Insights, Regional SharePoint sites, Power BI Dashboards, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

50% | Talent support

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Talent Leader, helping translate priorities into clear actions, owners and timelines.
  • Maintain Talent plans, calendars, trackers, governance routines and action logs, and proactively follow up on deadlines, dependencies and outstanding inputs.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, meeting notes and concise leadership updates for Talent forums and discussions.
  • Support core Talent processes and programmes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, mobility and workforce initiatives.
  • Coordinate the operational delivery of Talent meetings, including invitations, participant lists, communications, materials, attendance and follow-up.
  • Consolidate agreed Talent data and inputs, maintain accurate dashboards and status reports, and highlight gaps, risks or decisions required.
  • Draft clear and professional Talent communications, guidance, reminders and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain organised and accessible Talent documentation, templates and repositories, handling sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise Talent processes and ways of working, including the appropriate use of digital and approved AI tools.
  • Act as a reliable coordination point across talent leaders, local talent teams, mobility and other enabling functions, escalating complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.

50% | Learning & Development support

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of the EY-Parthenon Learning & Development agenda across Europe West.
  • Maintain the learning calendar, programme plans, trackers, nomination and enrolment lists, attendance records, feedback and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate learning programmes, onboarding events, bootcamps and learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations, facilitators, venues or virtual platforms, materials and participant communications.
  • Support the development, review and maintenance of learning materials, toolkits, guidance, presentations and content hosted on Teams or SharePoint.
  • Support AI, future-skills and capability-building initiatives by coordinating campaigns, nominations, participation, communications, feedback and reporting.
  • Monitor programme milestones, participation and learner feedback, preparing concise summaries and identifying practical areas for improvement.
  • Support supplier, venue and budget coordination by maintaining accurate information, tracking agreed actions and escalating variances or risks.
  • Help strengthen the learner experience through timely communications, clear guidance, responsive support and consistent programme delivery.

  • Balance Talent and Learning priorities transparently, working with the role lead to manage capacity and resolve competing deadlines.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across countries and enabling functions.
  • Produce accurate, well-structured and leadership-ready communications and materials.
  • Apply strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail when working with people-related information.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, trackers, presentations and written communications.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with strong spoken and written English
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, follow through and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, and openness to using approved AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Excellent client service skills, networking, and relationship development skills
  • Ability to be successful in a virtual team environment, working with limited supervision

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent, Human Resources, Learning & Development, programme coordination and project support
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
  • Working in international and diverse environments
