Sales Engineer
具体的な業務内容
1. 機械装置、設備系の顧客やシステムインテグレーターを日常的に訪問し、プロジェクトの開拓と フォローアップを行う。
2. 製品知識を深め、アプリケーションにおける顧客の悩みの種を把握し、顧客への提案営業を行う。
3. 主要顧客との新しいビジネスチャンスを開拓する。
4. 市場開拓や顧客分類、弊社のCRMシステムでの案件並びに顧客データベースの維持と管理。
5. 顧客に先立って基本的な技術サポートや、アプリケーションに関する設備の改善や向上などのアドバイスを提供する。
6. 各業界のチャネルパートナー（商社・代理店、SI、VAR等）と密接に連携し、その市場での売上高を 拡大する。
7. 長期的なサービス関係を維持するために、積極的に顧客とのコミュニケーションを図り、関係の構築に 努め、営業としての影響力を行使して、高いレベルの顧客満足度を確保する。
8. 週次に営業マネージャーとミーティングを行い、プロジェクトの進捗状況や市場情報を報告する。
9. 経営陣によって適宜割り当てられる、その他の業務を遂行する。
求められるスキル、技能、経歴、資格など
学歴：
電子工学、機械工学、または産業工学などの学位（または同等）
語学能力:
流暢なビジネスレベル、または母国語レベルの日本語力（文書作成および
会話）、英語スキル歓迎（もしくは学習意欲があること）
必要な経験・知識:
営業・オートメーション分野での2年以上の実務経験
その他要件:
- 優れた対人コミュニケーションスキル
- 自発的で、勤勉かつ前向きな姿勢 - 対人、プレゼンテーション能力が高く、優れた営業スキルを発揮できる
- チームとして、また自立して業務ができる
- 問題解決への前向きな姿勢と柔軟な発想ができる
- 日本国内（定期的に）およびアジア太平洋諸国（周期的に）へ出張ができる
