4. Sales Analytics & Forecasting
• Pipeline analytics and conversion analysis
• Demand forecasting and scenario planning
• Customer segmentation and cohort analysis
5. Tools, Systems & CRM
• CRM ownership and data governance
• Sales tech stack optimization (CPQ, BI, automation)
• Data quality and reporting standards
6. Customer & Revenue Operations
• Cross-sell / upsell frameworks
• Retention and churn analysis
• Revenue leakage prevention
7. Interface with Finance & Operations
• Alignment on revenue recognition and budgeting
• Margin tracking and profitability analysis
• S&OP / demand planning coordination
8. Key national key account
