Description
This role will be reporting to the Country Manager. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key dealers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
* Represent company brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and partners.
* Providing sales training to dealers.
* Collaborating with regional technical team and offer technical support to customers.
Profile
* Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales B2B Manufacturing.
* Experience handling mechanical system is a plus point.
* Demonstrated experience and success in dealer/distributor management.
* Fluency in Japanese and business level English skills.
* High integrity and good interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen.
