Sales Representativeは、Vacation Membershipの価値を伝えるとともに、お客様との信頼関係を構築し、長期的な関係を育む重要な役割を担う。魅力的で質の高いセールスプレゼンテーションを通じて、お客様に優れた顧客体験を提供し、販売目標の達成と事業成長に貢献する。

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

The Sales Representative plays a key role in bringing the company vision, “To put the world on vacation,” to life by helping guests discover the value of our Vacation Membership and the lifelong travel experiences it can provide.

Acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, this role builds meaningful relationships with guests, understands their travel aspirations and lifestyle needs, and recommends membership solutions that deliver long-term value. Through engaging, professional, and compliant sales presentations, the Sales Representative creates exceptional customer experiences, achieves sales objectives, and contributes to the continued growth of the business.

  • ゲストへのセールスプレゼンテーション実施

  • ニーズをヒアリングし、適切な商品提案を実施

  • 契約交渉およびクロージング

  • PDS および法令の正確な遵守のもと商品説明を行う

  • 目標達成(売上、KPI)の推進

顧客対応

  • 親切でプロフェッショナルな接客

  • ゲスト・オーナーからの質問や懸念への対応

  • 契約後のフォローアップを必要に応じて実施

  • 高い顧客満足度維持に向けた取り組み

コミュニケーション & 社内連携

  • セールスアドミン、マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等との連携

  • ゲストの声や市場情報をチームへフィードバック

  • 問題発生時の迅速な営業チームとの対応

コンプライアンス

  • コーポレーション法、PDS、社内規程の厳格な遵守

  • 正確な書類作成・情報説明

  • 倫理的で誠実な営業活

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)

Sales Activities

  • Conduct professional and engaging sales presentations for guests

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

  • Manage contract negotiations and successfully close sales

  • Accurately explain products in compliance with the PDS and legal requirements

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Customer Experience

  • Provide courteous, warm, and professional service to all guests and owners

  • Address questions, concerns, and objections in a timely and effective manner

  • Conduct follow-up with customers as needed after the sales process

  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Administration, Marketing, and Customer Service teams

  • Share guest feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve issues when needed

Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to the Corporations Law, PDS requirements, and internal policies

  • Complete documentation accurately and responsibly

  • Conduct all sales activities with honesty, integrity, and full compliance

Professional Standards

  • Maintain proper grooming and professional presentation

  • Demonstrate strong work ethics and integrity in all interactions

  • Maintain and update knowledge of products, processes, and industry trends

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and readiness to learn.

  • 高校卒業以上または同等の実務経験

  • 営業経験(BtoC/BtoB問わず)歓迎

  • コミュニケーション能力が高く、顧客と信頼関係を築ける方

  • セールストーク、プレゼン能力に自信のある方

  • コンプライアンスを厳守できる方

  • プレッシャーの中でも冷静に対応できる方

  • 基本的な PC スキル(MS Office, Web Applications)

  • 週末・祝日勤務できる方

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

  • Previous sales experience (B2C or B2B) preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Confident presentation and persuasive sales skills

  • Strong motivation to achieve sales goals

  • Strong commitment to compliance, with the ability to adhere to all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures.

  • Ability to remain calm, resilient, and customer-focused in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems, with solid computer literacy.

  • Flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and other business-required schedules.
