The Role

We are looking for new members to join our growing Sales team. Experienced profiles only, progression to leadership role in the future. We can sponsor visa for people already living in Japan.


Duties:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize customer feedback and market insights to tailor sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to forecasting efforts.


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Automotive and Transport & Logistics industry.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Knowledge/passion about cars is a big plus.
  • You possess a valid international or Japanese driving license.
  • Conversational Japanese (or better), and fluent English are required, other languages are a big plus.
