Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will provide support to the Japan Sales Team to increase the productivity of the Renewal Sales team. We are looking for someone who wants to learn a proven sales process and be exposed to cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities:

Support commercial segment business to increase the productivity of the Renewal Sales team.
Manage Day-to-Day sales duties including, but not limited to, SPR’s, Deal Registrations, Inventory Management, and Order Tracking/Order Status for the Enterprise Sales team.
Learn and understand the entire Enterprise Sales process and become a critical part of the process.
Modify and track leads in Salesforce.com.
Provide timely and accurate forecasting.
Update weekly tracking of all opportunities.

Requirements:

Demonstrates sales aptitude: assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well organized with effective time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed quarterly/yearly goals.
Ability to use Salesforce.com, online meeting tools, and Microsoft Office products.
The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality.
